Ocean Waves of Grace at Legacy is located in the lower density area of west beach, but still in walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The condo is located on the 3rd floor, with elevator access. Newly remodeled and equipped with new kitchen appliances. Enjoy coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean and watch the dolphins play. Wake up to the sunshine and beautiful beach view from the king size bed in the master bedroom. Entertain guests in the freshly updated media room, which is equipped wtih a 65" TV, sound system, and game consoles (PS4 and Xbox One S) for the kids. 

Ocean Waves And Grace at Legacy is right on the beach with beautiful views and patio access from both the living room, and the master bedroom. The master suite features a king size bed with beach views, walk-in closet, double vanity, jacuzzi tub, and a stand up shower. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances and features a dishwasher and garbage disposal for convenience. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and large closet. There are queen size, pull out beds in both the living room and media room, for a total of 4 beds. The condo sleeps 8. The outdoor heated pool with a waterfall adds a touch of class, and makes swimming more comfortable throughout most of the year. Technology features include a 55" tv in the living room, a 65" tv in the media room, and a tv in each bedroom, with Dish Network in all rooms. The media room is equipped with sound, PS4 and  Xbox One S consoles. Free wifi is also included. There is a covered parking area with carts and elevator access, which is great for unloading and loading the car. 

Our rental rates are fair and comparable to similar beach condos in the area. Rates will fluctuate according to the season, with the highest rates during peak season (Mid-May through Mid-August). We offer great snowbird rates for monthly booking during the winter months (November through February). We have a 3-night minimum booking requirement, and we do charge cleaning and booking fees. Check back often, since we offer special deals on last minute bookings.
